Centennial Communications said it has entered into a long-term reciprocal
roaming agreement with T-Mobile USA Inc.
Centennial said the agreement will
allow its customers to roam on T-Mobile USA's nationwide GSM/GPRS network and
provide T-Mobile USA with expanded network coverage using Centennial's network in
Indiana, Michigan, Louisiana and Mississippi.
"Historically, we've had only a limited roaming relationship with T-Mobile USA, and we look forward to a valuable long-term partnership with this national wireless carrier," said Michael Small, chief executive officer of Centennial.
Small added that the roaming agreement was considered when the carrier provided its financial outlook for 2006.
Terms of the roaming agreement were not released.
