Over the past few days, there's been a lot of talk about Nokia’s new N-85 wireless handset getting FCC approval for U.S. sales.

This despite the fact that Nokia itself didn't even announce the device yet.

But the Nokia phone everyone is waiting for is the 5800 Xpress Media, dubbed by some as the Tube, which should compete directly against the Apple iPhone 3G.

Some mobile phone blogs reported that the quad-band phone has a 5-megapixel camera and runs the Symbian S-60 3rd-edition operating system.

The 5800 Xpress uses a dual-slide design and has a large screen, as shown in various photographs circulating those blogs.

Few other details are known about the N-95 or the Tube for that matter.

And of course Nokia officials weren't available for comment either...
