Helio has announced it is launching The Mysto, an ultra-thin slider handset featuring a large, mirror-like screen.

The Mysto also features electrostatic keys that make the device shiver when pressed.

Manufactured exclusively for Helio in the United States by Samsung, the Mysto comes customized with Helio's user interface and lineup of services.

Helio calls Mysto, "an ultimate mix of good looks and intelligence."

The Mysto also features a 2-megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, night mode and built-in Photo Studio, 100 MB internal memory, microSD slot compatible up to 4 GB, an HTML browser, stereo Bluetooth and support for an array of audio and video formats including MP3 and AAC audio, and MPEG-4 and H.264 video.

Helio's new Mysto handset also offers two new Helio GPS search services, Where and Tell-Me, adding to Helio's portfolio of GPS-enabled services including GPS-enabled Google Maps for mobile and GPS-tagging of photos and videos, plus real-time Garmin turn-by-turn Navigation.

Tell-Me, a subsidiary of Microsoft, lets users press one button and say a word to receive local search results, no need to know your location or input info via typing.

Tell-Me returns local listings containing phone numbers, maps, turn-by-turn directions and the ability to SMS the listing to friends.

Mysto is now available at Helio retail locations and on Helio's website for $149.

Tell-Me is available on Mysto for $2.99 per month. Where is free to All In Members. Data charges apply for A La Carte Members.

Where, a service of u-Locate Communications, provides information on things like local weather and events based on the user's current location.

Where works through Mysto's location-aware mobile browser and is free for Helio members.
