Cingular Wireless L.L.C. is no longer the only carrier in the United States selling Motorola Inc.'s popular Razr phone. T-Mobile USA Inc. is now selling the super-thin device on its Web site for $200 with a new service plan.

The clamshell-style gadget features Bluetooth, a color screen and America Online Inc.'s instant messaging service.

The phone generated a notable amount of industry clamor when Cingular first introduced it in November.

Motorola and Cingular have each pointed to the Razr as a major turning point.

For Motorola the device represented a turnaround from the company's relatively staid image, and for Cingular, the device was one of the first it introduced following its merger with AT&T Wireless Services Inc.

Cingular currently sells the Razr for $200 with a service agreement. The carrier also sells a black version of the device. Cingular has indicated it will continue to secure exclusive phone deals in the future.

In other phone news, Nextel Communications Inc. announced it will sell the Motorola i850 camera phone, which features the carrier's push-to-talk service. The device will sell for $225 with a service agreement.
