The Federal Communications Commission said wireless complaints increased
to 6,873 in the 3rd quarter from 6,783 the previous quarter.
The FCC's Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau said the spike in consumer
grievances covered all agency-designated wireless categories except for billing
and rates and carrier marketing.
Wireless inquiries from consumers dropped in the 3rd quarter to 9,446 from
10,297 in the 2nd quarter, the FCC said.
